Together with Thomas Delvin, Torben (external facilitator and host of the bootcamp) and IT Security, the team and I have been working on a version 01 model for using and exploring AI Tools that have not been service-introduced in LEO Pharma. For security, legal, and compliance reasons, the result is a model/framework for using AI tools only on non-confidential data. Access will be granted for a limited period only (with the option to request extension), access will be subject to periodic review, and the user accounts need to include a central control parameter (e.g., Global IT can revoke or delete the account). These measures are designed to secure and protect LEO Pharma data from unintended exposure. Google NotebookLM has been IT Security risk-assessed to ensure that the tool does not introduce unacceptable risk to LEO Pharma, and the below approach includes the mitigating measures required to accept using the tool on non-confidential data in LEO Pharma:
Each user will need to create a dedicated Google account according to instructions (see attached instructions – takes 5 minutes to complete – please prioritize before the workshop).
Individual users/bootcamp participants to sign off (approval – document has been routed in Adobe Sign) on defined terms and conditions for using the tool (Google NotebookLM) on non-confidential data only – responsible: All AI bootcamp participants using the tool – need to be completed before using the tool!
Business/area responsible manager to sign off (approve - document has been routed in Adobe Sign) on terms and conditions for using the tool (Google NotebookLM) on non-confidential data only - responsible: Thomas Delvin, VP, Global Clinical Development (Global IT responsible to be identified for GIT participants).
Just a heads up - Global Clinical Development is spearheading the need for a model to enable exploring AI tools on non-confidential data. That also means that you will be the first users to go through this process.
